Agnes Toh's parents weren't the only ones to adapt the Chinese generation name system to Western names.
The parents of a chap contemporaneous with me at Pre-U did the same to their brood, but in the form of the first part of the Western name being recurring, just like how the Chinese generation name system works.
So, the children are called (more or less -- I can't remember them all, and I'm not listing them in the order of their age, as I can't remember which is older/younger):
Wilbert
Wilson
William
Wilna (f.)
Wilfred
I know of two other instances: sisters Tanya and Tangy; brothers Elson and Elvin.
