The palm-reading sister was working as a secretary at Cycle and Carriage, a car dealership in Mercedes Benz, just to name one brand.
A worker who was made redundant came to her, saying he was worried, as he had a family to feed.
My sister read his palm, and said to him that from his career line, he’d be able to get a job in three months, so he shouldn’t worry too much. (I know, three months is a long time to be unemployed if you have a family to feed, and no state benefits system to help you out in the meantime.)
The worker kept in touch after he left, updating my sister on his job-seeking efforts. No joy for three months, in spite of his trying very hard (and in spite of having worked for a reputable company).
Exactly three months later, he found a job.
Yes, one could say that it was a coincidence.
